How did I start 3d program?

I was interested about 3d in 1996 with basic textbook in the library and 3dstudio R.4.   My PC at that time was 486 DX2 with 16 MB RAM.  I practiced my skill until I got a work to do a presentation for Faculty of Science.  This is my starting point.


Now what I am?

At present, I am a senior programmer that working on Web Base Application and Database Management. Whenever I have free time, I always do 3d images by using 3dsmax.  Also, work on 3d Object as a freelancer sometime.  
My home PC : Pentium II 233 MHz, 128 MB RAM and 32 Bit Display Adapter.
Office PC : Pentium III 1 GHz, 128 MB RAM and 32 Bit Display Adapter.
3D Software : 3dsmax 3.1
